1st Visit
It is a little bit easier to maneuver through the book this time around, as each destination is shown as a pop-up instead of just appearing on the 2D page. Start with the only available section, Pooh Bear's House. Walk past Pooh at the start to grab the 100 Acre Wood Map, then turn to the north for a Mythril Stone and an AP Boost (Treasures #1-3).

Greet Pooh at his stump for a scene that ends with a battle against some Heartless. Returning to the book reveals that several pages have been stolen (again). Visit Pooh Bear's House again and 
Greet him for a scene. Sora is pulled out of the book, and receives the Baseball Charm from Merlin.
That's all there is to do in the book for now. Just like in Kingdom Hearts 1, Sora much retrieve the Torn Pages from the book to complete the story in 100 Acre Woods. Each set of Torn Pages is in a large chest located across the Worlds. The locations are as follows:

To continue, return to the World Map and travel through Phantom Storm to reach Olympus Coliseum.
Torn Pages 1
Bringing back the first set of Torn Pages causes Piglet's House to pop up on the book. There is a scene with Gopher and Piglet.
Three new treasures are now available. They are all out in the open in this small area. Open the treasures for a Defense Boost, an AP Boost, and a Mythril Gem (Treasures #4-6).
Stand under Piglet to Rescue him, only to be thrust into the Blustery Rescue mission. Sora also re-meets Owl.
There doesn't seem to be anything really difficult about this. You can mash 
the whole time, occasionally hitting to use a tornado or to catch Pooh Bear if he gets knocked loose. There is no reason to collect orbs, as this instance of Blustery Rescue doesn't keep track of score.
Press when Piglet shows up at the end to Rescue him.
Torn Pages 2
Rabbit's House is the next area to be reconstituted, and with it comes Eeyore. As soon as you regain control over Sora, turn around 180 degrees to find a Mythril Crystal (Treasure #8) hidden behind the fence. Next to Rabbit's House is a Draw Ring (Treasure #7) in a large chest, then enter the pumpkin patch for an AP Boost (Treasure #9).
Follow Pooh and the others around the opposite side of the house to meet Rabbit and begin the Hunny Slider mission.
Don't worry about collecting orbs, as there is no score tracking here. If you played through the Jungle Slider mini-game in KH1, this should be pretty easy for you. Otherwise, just follow the path, avoiding obstacles.
The environment changes pretty regularly, eventually turning the camera so that Sora is traveling towards the screen instead of away. Follow the directions as given by the arrows made of orbs, and everything should be alright.
Press when Gopher shows up to grab him. He is treated like an extra life.
Torn Pages 3
Returning the third set of Torn Pages causes Kanga's House to appear on the map. Enter the area to complete the Characters section in the Journal, with Tigger, Kanga, and Roo. Three more chests are available as well.
Much like the last area, all the collectibles are out in the open and easy to reach. Move to the open area east of the house to find two regular sized chests. They hold an AP Boost and an Orichalcum (Treasures #11-12). Look around the other side of the house, near where everyone is standing, for the large chest. It contains a Magic Boost (Treasure #10).
Speak with Tigger when you are ready to attempt this Page's Mission, Balloon Bounce.
Press to bounce off the trampoline and onto balloons. Sora only needs to pop 10 balloons total. There is a handy prompt on the screen, making this one of the easiest missions to complete.
Torn Pages 4
Enter the book with the fourth set of Torn Pages to summon The Spooky Cave to the top right corner of the book. Six new treasure chests await.
Talk to Kanga when you are ready to look for Pooh.
Sora must guide Tigger, Piglet, Eeyore, and Roo through the cave to find Pooh, and they only have five minutes to do so. Watch for the Company Halt! and Forward March! reaction commands to prevent the group from falling victim to falling rocks. Any time bees appear, give them a few smacks with the Keyblade to protect Sora's friends.
When the Courage gauge runs out, use Settle Down! to refill it and continue the search.
The path through the cave is relatively straightforward. When Sora reaches the first patch of water, take the Mythril Gem (Treasure #13) from the chest. When the group reaches a large cavern, fight off some bees then find the next chest hidden straight across from the entrance for a Mythril Crystal (Treasure #17) and a Guard Recipe (Treasure #16).
Return to the entrance to the cavern and face away from it. The path to Sora's left leads to an Orichalcum (Treasure #15) while the path to Sora's right leads to an AP Boost (Treasure #14). Take either of the only other paths to go forward.
At the T intersection, open the chest to get an AP Boost (Treasure #18), then continue down the path and around a corner to find Pooh.
Finding Pooh Bear within the time limit unlocks the Sweet Memories Keyblade for Sora. This is great for leveling up the Master Form, but not for much else. Sora also receives the Spooky Cave Map for his troubles.
Torn Pages 5
The Starry Hill is the next area to be returned to the book. Before rushing to Pooh's aid, open the large chest to the west of the bridge for a Cosmic Ring (Treasure #19), then look in the northeast corner of the map for the final chest, and a Style Recipe (Treasure #20). Talk to Pooh to begin the final mission.
Press when the Power Gauge is close to full, then again to release Pooh. It is super easy.
The Cure Element reward for finishing upgrades Cura to Curaga, and Sora also receives a rare Orichalcum+ synthesis item. The Story and Album are updated and completed as well. You get an Achievement.

Puzzle Pieces
There are 6 Puzzle Pieces to be found across the 100 Acre Wood. The following information will guide you through getting all the Puzzle Pieces in order.
Start by entering Starry Hill, the final page, which is on the bottom right of the book. The crown on this page is in the northwest corner, and is visible as soon as Sora enters the page. Climb up to where Pooh Bear is sitting and Glide out to grab this crown (Piece #1).
Next visit Pooh Bear's House, on the bottom left of the book. This crown is behind the tree, reachable by jumping from the roof of the house (Piece #2).
At the top left of the book is Rabbit's House. Enter and take the crown from the cabbage patch on the other side of the river (Piece #3).
Right above Pooh's House is Piglet's House. The crown is on a stump just north of the tree (Piece #4).
Enter Kanga's House to see the next crown right away, on some boxes to the east (Piece #5).
Finally, enter The Spooky Cave, off in the far top right corner of the book. In order to explore enough to find the last crown, you will have to retry The Expotition minigame. The crown is almost unavoidable, on the main path (Piece #6).
Missions and Minigames
Sora needs to replay each of the activities from the Torn Pages with specific point goals in order to finish up the Journal for 100 Acre Wood.
A Blustery Rescue
Visit Piglet's House and speak to Piglet to retry this minigame. Earn a total score of 18,000 or more.
This game puts Sora on a very specific course. He needs to hit the vast majority of the items that come his way to reach the goal at the end. Focus on the hunny pots first, then the large tree trunks, with the acorns being the least valuable. Use the tornadoes that appear to grab all items that are nearby and gain their points.
Hunny Slider
This minigame is available by speaking to Rabbit at Rabbit's House. Earn a total score of 8,000 or more.
The hardest part of this game is when Sora is moving towards the camera. Follow the arrows that the orbs make to earn the most points. Also, use the 
dodge ability to quickly avoid obstacles and get the orbs.
Balloon Bounce
Return to Kanga's House and speak with Tigger to retry the Balloon Bounce minigame. Complete with a score of 2,000 or more.
Blue balloons reward 3 points, while red ones reward 10. If Sora can get to the very top of the screen (by using green balloons to get extra height) there is a massive yellow balloon that bursts into several hundred points.
The Expotition
Speak with Kanga in The Spooky Cave to retry this minigame. Finish within 90 seconds to complete it.
This is much easier now that the map is available. Follow the path along to the large room, defeating two groups of bees along the way. Use the pathways to the south to find Pooh Bear.
The Hunny Pot
The final minigame is in the Starry Hill area. Speak with Pooh on the hill to start it. Earn a score of 8,000 or more to complete it.
The hardest part of this is getting the Power gauge to read full. Try this a few times to figure out the timing. Once you can get the gauge all the way up, it is a simple matter of pressing as soon as the Reaction Command appears to throw Pooh and get the high score.
