What are my delivery options?
As soon as you start a subscription, the first order will be shipped promptly. You have the option to set the renewal of your subscription every 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks based on the date you start the subscription. As a subscriber, you can enjoy free standard shipping on all subscription orders!
Please Note: Prepaid subscriptions are only offered as 3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions with deliveries once a month.
How do I manage a subscription?
Starting a subscription is easy! We suggest creating an account first so you can manage your subscription. If you don’t have one, you canmake an account here.
Browse our site for the product you want, choose the discounted subscribe & save option, select your shipping frequency, and add to cart. Your subscription will start as soon as you place the order.
How do I cancel a subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, although you will lose your product discount and free shipping when you do.
To cancel your subscription, you'll first want tolog inand click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. Find the product you'd like to cancel, click 'Cancel Subscription', choose a cancellation reason, and confirm. You'll get a cancellation email confirming your cancellation. If you don't get a confirmation email, it's possible your cancellation didn't process, so please reach out to us if that's the case!
Please Note: You must cancel a subscriptionat least 24 hours before its renewal date/upcoming order dateto allow the cancellation to process.
How do I skip an order?
How to skip delivery of an upcoming subscription order:
1.Log inand click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don't have an account,create an accountwith the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected2. Under UPCOMING ORDERS, click on SKIP ORDER3. Confirm that you would like to skip your upcoming order

How can I add a product to my order?
How to add a product to your existing subscription:
1.Log inand click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don't have an account,create an accountwith the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected2. Under your next upcoming order, locate NEED ANYTHING ELSE? and click on SHOP NOW3. Select the product you’d like to add4. Click on ADD TO NEXT ORDER5. Select whether you’d like to add the item as a one-time purchase at full price or subscribe for a discounted price (Note: not all add-on products are eligible for subscribe & save)6. Finish by clicking ADD TO ORDER
When adding a product, the subscription item must remain on the upcoming order. If the subscription item is removed, the order will not be processed.

How do I swap items in my subscription?
How to swap items in your subscription:

Find the product you want to swap out3. Click on CHANGE PRODUCT4. Select which item you would like to swap out and then click on CONFIRM
That’s it! You have now successfully changed items within your subscription!

Check USE FOR ALL SHIPMENTS if you’d like this address to apply to all future orders5. Click on ADD NEW ADDRESS

La Colombe is not responsible for lost or missing shipments if your subscription address was not updated in time. Please contact us immediately if your order is processed with the former/old shipping address. We cannot guarantee a change of address after a subscription order has renewed, but will do our best to accommodate your request.
How do I change my credit card on file?
How to update your billing information:
1.Log inand click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you get an error that you don't have an account,create an accountwith the same email you used to start your subscription to get connected2. Click on CHANGE BILLING (you will then be redirected to the bottom of the page)3. Click on SEND EMAIL to receive an email with a unique link to update your billing information
