No storm so zero reason for an outage. Not all of us have a normal schedule so of this is some sort of check/ maintenance thing then please send a text ot email to your customers because we pay 3 xs the amount since you have a monopoly in Millington, TN. The second At&t brings fiber, this company will go under.

Ritter Internet down again in Jonesboro Arkansas. I've been visiting here off and on and I've never seen such horrible Internet service.The last time Ritter went out here, it took 3 full days and nights before it worked again. This time we're on our 2nd full day and night, again!Crazy my little town I'm from in Louisiana can keep better service than here! Never seen anything like this. If you're new to Jonesboro probably best, to just turn your Internet off, get a DVD player and some old movies & go ahead and get use to living in 1980 again.

Brookland AR 72417. Internet randomly went off. Ritter has made an announcement on facebook which I always find obnoxious cause not everyone has a facebook or wants to be on social media lol. anyways hope they get it fixed soon all ritter phone numbers are busy too.

38053, Millington TNInternet went out 7/14. Ritter tech said he came to my home 7/19 but no one was home. I wfh and was here ALL day. I was then promised that a tech would come today (7/20). It’s now 6:18p and I have been waiting 20 minutes for a representative to pick up the phone.

38053 Millington. Thunderstorm just came through and is gone now and the internet is out. Not even visible damage with this one, just a lot of water and some wind. Been on hold for 31 mins to tech support to get an ETA and was just told I’m caller number 15 to get through to a person.

Millington on navy base constantly dropping off line for minutes at a time. Has been like this since the storm several weeks ago. Ritter not committing to when their technician will get here to fix.
