Howard P. Miller, 76, of Havre died Sunday, Aug. 6, 2006, at the Northern Montana Hospital of natural causes. Cremation will take place and his memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Messiah Lutheran Church with Pastor Michael Dahle officiating.
