@comcastcares make it impossible to get to live agent. Called 5 times and line always hang up. Tried to get help from chat agent who told me I had to call. Cannot do schedule callback because it gives error. Spent 75 mins already trying to get resolution. Need help asap!

Once again, @verizon @VerizonSupport @verizonfios process that new customers matter more than 20+ year customers by charging 70% more for the same service as new customers. Guess I need to switch to @Xfinity

. @verizonfios is ridiculously shady. I’ve had the service for 4 months and they have raised the price of my monthly bill by $30 without my consent twice. I never had these issues with Comcast or Spectrum in 10+ years.
