6 Super Simple No Bake Snacks (2024)

When it comes to recipes, I’m all about simple. So, of course, the words “no bake” are among my favorite when it comes to food prep! It’s not that I mind baking, but as a busy mama who’s slightly disastrous in the kitchen, I tend to look for recipes that don’t require using the oven. Fast, easy and delicious is what I want, and no bake snacks fit the bill. Healthy is good too, and I try to find foods that I think my family will like. If you’re also on the lookout for simple snacks that you don’t have to bake, save these recipes because they all look amazing!

My kids love pizza, and it does get served quite often in our house. But I would feel much less guilty serving fruit pizza. My children actually love fruit, so this is probably a really great snack to give them! It’s so incredibly easy to make, you can customize to fit your family’s tastes, and you could even eat it for breakfast.

Head over to Two Healthy Kitchens for the list of different ingredient options and tips on making these.

2. Trail Mix Bites

A little bit sweet, a little bit salty, these healthy bites combine many different flavors. You can enjoy them for up to 2 weeks, and they are a great choice for enjoying a small dose of goodness that isn’t really bad for you. These are the perfect size for children’s little hands and mouths, and since they’re topped with chocolate, it will be easy to convince the kids to try them.

4. Cinnamon Pecan Granola Bars

Get a daily serving of protein when you have one of these oat granola bars. Nutty and sweet (you can use peanut butter or almond butter), these would make a great after school snack for your kids. But you’re sure to enjoy them too! You can use gluten free oats if needed and should set aside two hours to make these.

With Salt & Wit has the full ingredient list, as well as the instructions and printable recipe link.

5. Peanut Butter Chex Bars

I rarely find anything peanut butter flavored that I don’t like. (I think I eat more pb & j now than I ever did as a kid.) This recipe is quite appealing because it’s got peanut butter and peanuts! But to make it even more enticing, there’s also chocolate. Even if this isn’t the healthiest snack on the planet, I’m sure kids would enjoy it just as much as moms.

Pop over to Six Sisters’ Stuff for the instructions on making these.

6. Raspberry Quinoa Cookies

If I’m being honest, I’ve never tried quinoa. But these cookies look so delicious, I just might have to see what all the fuss is about! Raspberry and coconut are always a yummy combination, and this recipe is relatively healthy. With the pretty pink color these have, they would be great to serve at a Valentine’s Day party.
